Hibiscus Childrens Center. Work Values

Daily Duties at Hibiscus Childrens Center.:

I purchased meals according to the D.O.E. menus. I was responsible for three Assessment Centers, one group home, and a small Day Care. I supplemented purchase's with private donations and food banks. Monitored the mkeals being cooked, personally cooked for Assessment One. I followed any special diet needs ordered from the LPN. I also taught the "Healthy eating" habits from the pediatric food pyramid to the children.
