Daily Duties at Kingston Assisted Living.:

Implement dietary and food service policies to meet resident needs in compliance with federal and local requirements. Determine the personnel requirements for the Dietary Dept. Make recommendations for sufficient staff to implement dietary and food service policies and procedures.Implement a monitoring system for the food service dept. and make recommendations for implementation to assure compliance with Federal, state, and local requirements. Supervise preparation of meals to assure to assure residents dietary needs were met. Complete menu's for dept. Supervise the entire operation of the Dietary Dept. including main dining area and two satellite kitchens.
