Daily Duties at Community Health Association Of Spokane:

Duties included: obtaining privileges for all CHAS providers at area hospitals, and completing the internal CHAS privileging requirements prior to hiring, and re-credentialing when necessary. Verifying all provider education and credentials prior to hire. Enrolling all providers in the necessary insurance groups for billing purposes. Worked closely with billing staff to ensure that all reimbursements were obtained in a timely manner. Managing of the operations of a 15 exam room medical clinic and a 12 operatory dental clinic. Drafting provider schedules and coverage. Handling all HR issues with support staff. Assisting in the drafting of the clinic budget, and maintaining said budget throughout the year. Handling all patient complaints and all patient flow issues. Management of the administrative offices and all personnel. Handling all administrative duties in relation to the Board of Directors of CHAS, including attending all meetings and drafting board documents. Other duties as assigned.
