Daily Duties at Radiant Systems Inc:
Project Management, installation and support of various Radiant Systems point of sale products. Installs include cabling all POS locations and setup of network hardware and software. Installation and programming of POS software tailored to specific customer needs and menus. Training of customers of all software installed from OS to POS software. Troubleshooting of customers’ hardware and software on site or via phone support. Microsoft DOS, W2K, XP and Server 2000 installation, and support. Repair and maintenance of all Radiant hardware equipment in Advanced Replacement Depot.
