Daily Duties at Mc Kesson Provider Technologies:
McKesson Technology Services Group Call Center Technician supporting McKesson SystemCare and CareBridge group products, associated McKesson software product support groups and end users at hospitals. Troubleshooting WAN/LAN systems with customer and support of end to end connectivity of 30000 customer hosts and 1000+ network WAN connections for use by McKesson application support groups. Maintaining DB records of systems for connectivity on CareBridge WAN and working with hospital customers to enable new connectivity of systems. Promoted to Team Lead of TSG Support Center April 2006. Supervised 10+ Support Technicians operating a 24/7 Support group for McKesson hospital customers and internal clients. Supported B2B (IP-IP routing) connectivity and 3270 SNA connectivity on AT&T MDNS frame/eVPN networks specializing in interconnectivity of hospitals and Medicare providers to CMS insurance claims systems. Support of Tumbleweed email relay system and end user email issues. Level 2 troubleshooting of all OS and application issues that affected connectivity for McKesson support technicians using the CareBridge WAN network for access. Worked with Support manager to develop and train new hires in the complex network and product environment that TSG Support was responsible for servicing.
