Daily Duties at American General Life:
Conducted comprehensive research and training programs for 250 existing employees and 60 new hires. Program was integral in reducing New Business processing times and increasing production. * Delivered training for newly created 12 person Concierge unit, which has paid for over $200 million in premium since inception * Selected for 2.5 month international initiative which created processing center in the Philippines, reducing the length of application processing time from 22 to 9 days
