Daily Duties at Entre Computers:

Directed and coordinated local area computer network activities including establishing, installing, specifying system requirements, and maintaining network users, user environment, directories and security. Key Contributions: Designed and implemented Banyan, Novell and Microsoft LAN/WAN networks Provided 2nd tier support for hardware engineers Developed maintenance plans/strategies for large clients Performed many duties involving IT functions including, but not limited to, network, servers, clients, Internet, Intranet, communications, database administration, and Help Desk support Provided written document on a monthly basis which defines upcoming needs of network which would require purchase of additional hardware or software. Managed Banyan, Novell and Microsoft system users and groups on the email server.
