Daily Duties at Ctx Mortgage/Citi Financial Mortgage :

Pre-Foreclosure --Knowledge of risk mitigation with financial analysis; assist borrowers with Home Retention/Loss Mitigation Counseling; order appraisals, AVM, BPO and VA; evaluate servicers’ operational compliance and/or strength Negotiate with attorneys, debtors’ attorneys and mortgagors; develop and maintain relationships with foreclosure attorneys, identify and negotiate loss mitigation options with attorneys and debtors; maintain a working knowledge of FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and Private Investor requirements; ensuring that timely values have been ordered (BPO/AVM); title curative work, working knowledge of FHA claims process, pre-foreclosure sale, deed-in-lieu & forbearance/modifications. Monitored and processed accounts that were in the foreclosure process; ensure compliance with the foreclosure timelines, Federal and State Statues; Negotiate with attorneys, debtors’ attorneys and mortgagors; Develop and maintain relationships with foreclosure attorneys; identify and negotiate loss mitigation options with attorneys and debtors; maintain a working knowledge of FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and Private Investor requirements
