Telecommute on contract analyzing risk & performing due diligence underwriting on purchase of closed portfolios for investors; demonstrated a strong work ethic and the ability to follow & enforce policy and procedure by working independently from home for 10-14 hours per day for over 9 mos, resulting in a higher production rate than those in the office. The focus of these reviews was the determination of whether or not the loans were closed properly according to investor and other industry guidelines as well as notifying the investor of any loans that had characteristics that indicated fraud that could have been perpetrated against the original lender. Also critiqued the servicing of the loan and recommended to the investor possible loss mitigation methods to turn the loan from a non-performing asset into a performing asset.
