Daily Duties at Lennar Homes:
Schedule materials and trades for best optimal build times for homes and monitor trade labor. Schedule city and third party inspections. Walk homes using plans to find defects and make sure homes are being built on schedule and without defects. Walk homes with home buyers and correct any issues that arise before closings. Pay invoices from trades and in some instances, haggle over price until both sides can agree on price. Help out with customer service when needed, meet with home owners and plan best course of action to take in order to best fulfill homeowner expectations at lowest cost to Lennar. Schedule community (such as mows and cleans) and environmental (easement clearings, concrete washouts, etc.) needs to make sure we stay up to EPA and city code.
