 Manage multiple, large document productions, create tracking logs and perform ongoing document review.  Prepare legal documents (discovery requests/responses, motions, answers, mediation statements, etc.).  Prepare client evaluation reports, case status reports and timelines (medical and non-medical).  Locate and interview witnesses and regularly communicate with clients, engineers, experts and counsel.  Obtain and interpret medical and non-medical records and provide written analysis to attorneys.  Draft direct and cross-examination outlines for attorneys and prepare supporting materials for depositions.  Retain experts and manage related document review needs.  Legal research, DRI/expert background research, cite-checking and proofreading.  Responsible for trial preparation and attendance at trial.  Manage firm contract with large retail chain including budget oversight, case distribution among 5 regional offices, analysis of case flow and timekeeper billing, implementation of client policies and preparation of reports for managing partner and client as needed. Accomplishments: ~ Spearheaded implementation of Summation in case management as part of a 2-person team.
