Daily Duties at Prospect Mortgage:

• Administer ADP TimeSaver by issuing login’s for new employees, reset passwords, train and help managers with the system, and troubleshoot issues. • Distribute emails in the Payroll Mailbox to the correct individuals responsible for the issue the email pertains too while keeping track of the emails to make sure the matter is resolved in a timely manner. • Process the Executive Payroll on a Bi-Weekly basis. • Process all employee garnishments while also working with courts, government agencies and ADP Wage and Garnishment service. • Reconcile all benefit payments to the 401K, FSA, HSA, and any expense payments. • Complete and troubleshoot the daily interface between the HR and Payroll systems. • Serve as payroll backup if necessary and assist the Payroll Director with special projects.
