act as outside roving operator for power plant, looking and listening for signs of equipment potential failure; qualified as Control Room Operator to control all equipment from computer control console; held position as laiason between power plant company and local air pollution control district, submitting necessary documents and paperwork and monthly, quarterly, semi, and annual reports; performed water plant chemical analyses on plant water; involved in extensive overhaul of plant tubing
