primary responsibility for production, maintenance, and safety for a shift of 3 to 4 persons; controlled all equipment biomass power plant from DCS computer system, including turbine/generator control panel; often required making quick decisions when on backshifts (12-hour shifts); primary person responsible for safety of contract personnel during plant shutdowns; gave safety orientation lectures for contractors and personnel visiting the plant site
