As a risk manager worked with senior technical and program managers as well as multiple subcontractors (QinetiQ & Honeywell) to maximize opportunities and lead the planning which minimizes the probability and net effects of Risk threats. Lead RM efforts and test efforts at client site, along with DARPA program for ISAT. • As Risk Manager Responsible for leading the efforts in identifying factors that were likely to impact objectives of scope, quality, time, cost and contract/procurement. As a RM one of primary focus were on risk response for either avoiding, transferring or mitigating risks and working with the IMS lead for scheduling of risk reduction tasks. Trained and implemented risk management policies and practices across variety of Ground systems and space platforms, from component-level to vehicle and system-level integration. Presented monthly presentations and status to customers as required via PMO. • Managed a Cross Functional Team of 15 Engineers, Planners and Production Supervisors. Planned and appropriated $500K to $1M of Capital Equipment and Tooling. Build-out capacity model and resource loading to forecast the required budget to include forecasting and productivity. • Responsible for all Technical Problem Summary (TPS) impacting procurement to closure and authorizes every Engineering Change on behalf of Supply Chain. I have personally visited and managed key suppliers and supports customer presentations as required. • Responsible for developing, maintaining the IMS in excess of 500 lines using MS-Project for large, complex Integrated MGV/FCS program. Worked closely with program managers and as a CAM (control account managers) to ensure timely proposal preparation and program execution using Integrated Product Development and Earned Value Management Systems
