operate and maintenance three gas-fired boilers and auxilliary equipment; collateral duties included monitoring of hospital fire alarm system and panel and being the first person of contact in case of actual fire or alarm; controlling the operation of large air-conditioning units/chillers to regulate temperatures in the hospital facility; issuing of government vehicles to hospital personnel and associated paperwork; performing water chemistry analyses on boiler plant water and feedwater
