Daily Duties at Netwave Corp:
• Act as an account manager and trusted technology advisor for SMB accounts; and additionally. • Analyze clients’ needs & concerns, and recommend solutions including server technologies, data backup and recovery, network & security, client and server management, and virtualization solutions. • Act as primary Liaison with clients throughout projects, maintain contact to resolve issues, facilitate communications, and ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with Vendor’s channel teams to develop business plans and marketing campaigns in order to reach organization & partner sales goals. • Manage marketing campaigns with an annual budget of $60,000; integrate various marketing activities such as direct mail, outdoor advertising, telemarketing, tradeshows, product introductions, and training workshops.
