CONSULTANT TO UNITED LAUNCH ALLIANCE (JOINT VENTURE – LOCKHEED MARTIN ATLAS AND BOEING DELTA PROGRAMS) › Defines project scope with Senior leadership and stakeholders › Develops, integrates, updates and analyzes Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans for Launch Operations Consolidation › Develops project success measures and metrics › Uses automated tools for data collection and to integrate, maintain, and control schedules › Uses Earned Value Techniques to perform risk assessments, critical path analysis and interpret schedule variances › Provides risk, schedule and network analysis feedback › Prepares for and manages changes to project scope, resolves issues and schedule conflicts › Prepares and reviews deliverables for client and client’s Government customer › Prepares and presents status briefings/progress reports to Senior leadership
