Observe,record and direct as needed; contractors and sub-contractors in their daily work.The work consisted of open trench construction replacing existing sewer lines,C.I.P.P.Linning,pipe bursting,manhole rehab,reconnecting sewer services,milling and paving streets,traffic control.Recording of all activity on "primavera" soft ware,make as-built drawings,audit pay estimates,and participate in progress meetings.
