As an occasional teacher I filled in for the regular contract classroom teacher. I taught all primary grades up to grade 6. I had one 8 month contract as a Grade 1 teacher and a two month contract as a Grade 2 teacher. Although I covered all subjects except for social studies and science the main focus was literacy and reading
