Daily Duties at Burlington Industries Inc.:
Manage a team of analyst/programmers maintaining mission critical applications including: customer service, EDI, order processing, planning, forecasting, vendor managed inventory, labeling (bar coding), manufacturing, inventory management, distribution, billing, and administrative reporting. Align and link business needs to IS department projects by being active in the user community and establishing priorities with a senior management steering committee. Direct projects to improve all areas of customer service, inventory management and handling, distribution, and worker productivity.
