Daily Duties at Allen Systems Group (Asg):
Present product solution presentations and demonstrations in the following areas: Applications Management, Infrastructure Management, Operations Management, and Performance Management. Work very closely with account sales team to identify and qualify sales leads, discover and analyze customer requirements, provide or coordinate technical resource needs. Provide technical assistance for software pre-sale and post-sale activities. Build and enhance client/vendor relationships by consistently monitoring end-user satisfaction. Represent software vendor at IBM and Gartner industry conferences. Perform client needs analysis, opportunity qualification/clarification, and proof of concept (value). Train clients and colleagues in software applications, processes, best practices, and methodologies. Develop and assist in RFI and RFP responses.
