ROI achieved within less than 3 months. • Managed multiple due diligence activities with four companies which included control of transition services provided by staff. • Procurement system implementation companywide for all direct and indirect purchases including requisition process and detailed approval controls. • Implemented automation projects within the Distribution Department to enable a reduction in staff in logistics by 40% and reduce order processing steps from 6 to 2. • Multiple Shipping application upgrades with full integration with the Supply Chain ERP. • Voice Over IP implementation for management and sales staff for full Business continuity and weather related incidents. • VPN and RSA SecureID Implementation for all Travelers and Management. • Implementation of Bar-coding applications and processing hardware to enable a reduction in processing steps and staff for the Distribution division. • Telecom Recovery solution to enable full PBX functionality for minimal costs and configurations for all Sales and Management. • Implementation and Management of card key access system and controls for all buildings.
