Creation and management of all Technology, Telecom and Facility Standard Operation Procedures and policies. Advocate for change to improve business processes across all divisions. Responsible for managing companywide freight recovery with a total average of 113% recovery yearly. Directed employees in both Technology & Facilities and successfully managed multiple budgets achieving goals. Maintained $4 million dollar budget with reduced spending in focused areas each year. Customer Website key management driver and owner. Web growth achieved yearly totaling 25%. Motivated staff to achieve MBO goals for the past 3 years, attained own goals the past 5 years.Implemented all management KPI (Key Performance indicators) for new parent company to enable improved business decisions. Led Infrastructure Integration team to successfully integrate all technology, communications, finance, sales, distribution, procurement, manufacturing, and applications with parent company. Successfully implemented a full Companywide Business Continuity Plan to recover all business requirements in 15/30 minutes.Performed successful contract negotiations with Operations, Technology, and Telecom vendors to ensure responsive vendor support and vendor cost reductions.
