Daily Duties at Swank Audio Visual:
Managed a staff of seven resources, one Sales Manager, four audio visual technicians and two resources from the Business Center. Managed the daily operations of the department which includes preparation and planning for scheduled events. Participated in weekly Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and Preconvention (PRECON) meetings with various departments of the hotel. Responsible for management reports including weekly activity report and monthly business review. Responsible for 45,000 sq. footage of meeting room space, over $500,000 worth of audio visual inventory.
