Managed and delegate the workload for the daily operations of the department which includes preparation and planning for scheduled events. Conducted inventory control for over $1.5million of Audio Visual Equipment on a quarterly basis. Assisted the Sales Director in the daily sales operation which exceeded the forecasted revenue budget of $1.5 million audio visual revenue for this year. Assisted in the forecasting of upcoming events and equipment and staffing needs.
