April 1998 - January 2000 • Staffing function leader for ground up staffing of new high-tech manufacturing site High-volume staffing of technically skilled manufacturing associates as well as management roles Lead hiring managers and team members through the process which included candidate assessments, team assessments, behavioral interviews, and selection consensus At peak we were hiring 20-26 candidates every 6 to 8 weeks Staffing Specialist / Corporate Recruiting Specialist August 1996 - April 1998 • All aspects of full life cycle recruiting from requisition development to closing offers.
