Compensation & Benefits Administrator March 2007 – October 2008 • Compensation Market Pricing project analyst  Review and analysis of market compensation rates for all Wayne Farms positions, creation of new salary structure, senior leadership approval, new structure implementation and communication  Extensive consultation with line and HR leadership, including training materials and employee transition communication planning • Open enrollment project leader • Continued role as HR team lead for Project Compass Team Lead – HR, Project Compass April 2005 – March 2007 HR leader for Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation project. • Served as HR Generalist for the project team - Employee relations, team building, performance management, benefits, staffing, key contact etc. • Managed staffing and selection process for project and assured smooth transition to team roles  Successfully staffed 17 open positions in advance of project and $200,000 under budgeted recruiting expense  Designed and managed project incentive plan, based on specific project and team milestones. • Managed design, roll out and delivery of organization-wide ERP Education series, saving in excess of $250,000 in external training costs • Administered organization wide communication channels for the project  Designed, wrote and published quarterly project newsletter “Compass Chronicles”  Facilitated monthly ERP project conference call Staffing & Training Specialist July 2001 – April 2005 Functioned as on-site staffing lead supporting a telecommuting Recruiting Manager • Instrumental in design and implementation of interview and selection processes for Wayne Farms  Dramatically increased the quality and effectiveness of the hiring process by developing, implementing and coaching managers on best practices in staffing, interview & selection skills and competencies • Researched best practices for staffing performance, established first-ever staffing metrics for the function • Instrumental in design and rollout of an in-house open position and applicant tracking system • Development and roll out of training in appropriate use of personality profile for hiring • Supervisory responsibility over Staffing Coordinator role Recruiting Consultant through R.A. Clark April 2001 - July 2001 • Provided staffing support and management during leave of absence by manager.
