Daily Duties at Digital Blue, Inc.:

Human Resources leader charged with advancement of the Human Resources function. Developed robust HR role as management consultant • Facilitated two Organizational Design projects from initial functional review to implementation  Supply Chain Organizational review and redesign – resulting in improved processes and workflow  Marketing Organization review and redesign – implementation freed VP to move away from day to day management and focus on strategic role • Developed and implemented HR policies appropriate to entrepreneurial organization.  Researched, wrote, published and rolled out Employee Handbook in a 3 month time period • Managed Reduction in Force  Consulted senior leadership in recommendations, planning and facilitating management actions for carrying out reduction in force – CEO commented it was the smoothest RIF he had ever been through • Established compensation program  Market pricing study, range development, FLSA determination, executive approval and implementation • Employee Relations  Consulted with senior leadership to craft effective communication on organization changes, goal setting and other leadership messaging.  Conducted climate survey, presented and facilitated results discussion with employees  Lead organizational change by assisting employees in understanding defined job responsibilities • Implemented HRIS systems for Digital Blue in transition from PEO  Lead analyst for payroll transition and HRIS set up  Lead analyst and communication planning for 401(k) transition • Managed benefits administration  Vendor relationship management with Benefits Broker  Audits of enrollment records, correction of billing processes and negotiation of issue resolution  Simplified enrollment process for employees
