Daily Duties at Zeomega, Llc:
Liaison between clients and off-shore technical team to ensure issues are addressed and change requests implemented on time within budget. Coordinate and manage client support representatives, as well as the functional manager for off-shore project manager and business analysts supporting clients. Clients include health plans responsible for Medicaid medical management, as well as national medical management companies for commercial health insurers and companies.
