Analyzed management reports to identify real estate contracts to be recorded in the public records. Reviewed deeds and mortgages to ensure compliance with recording statutes and title insurance regulations. Generated and distributed weekly management reports to forecast revenue. Provided weekly analysis of sales for future hypothecation. Distributed forecasts for real estate closings. Sign off on Credit Associates credit exceptions and act as consultant to credit department. Maintained the Document Manager System. Prepared pre-closing mortgage modification agreements and subsequent transfer of title documents Generated and reviewed inventory reports and maintained sufficient inventory levels for all resorts.
