Daily Duties at Ramada Express Hotel & Casino:

Daily operations of four Company owned and two leased outlets. Category design, product development and floor programming. Responsible for all purchasing duties inlcuding gift & souvenir, logo, sundry, grocery, liquor, beer wine and tobacco, ladies apparel & accessories in addition to specilty store goods for the WOW Store; "Wild - Outrageous - Wacky" (WOW Store was awarded Best Retail Store by Casino Player Magazine 2002). Responsible for warehouse and merchandising teams, all departmental and store budgets and P&L performance in addition to all Capital & Operating budgets. Identified, programmed and leased under-utilized space providing an enhanced guest experience and an additional $100,000 in property income.
