Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
• Provided PC LAN/WAN application support and custom application development for the distributed Investment Bank (IB) group. Supported and installed variety of IB applications including: OneSource, Dealscan, Xceed, Deloitte & Touche. • Evaluated, tested and specified software, hardware and database requirements for IB contact management sales tracking client/server application developed using PowerBuilder (PB) to access Oracle database. • Specified requirements coordinated and assisted in installation and implementation of Cubix (Remote Access System) for users to remote dial in access the WAN. Developed GUI PB front end to access system. Provide ongoing support. • Determined requirements, coordinated and assisted in installation of two Novell LANs (independent of NationsBank WAN) installed, migrated applications as necessary. Provided ongoing support and maintenance.
