Daily Duties at First Union (Now Wachovia/Wells Fargo):

• Planned and implemented rollout of Lotus Notes 4 for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group. Includes generic rollout of Notes and development of specific application for CRE group. • Investigated and solidified electronic discovery tools, automated software distribution and remote diagnostics tools. • Assisted in rollout of Commercial Banking System (CBS) pilot, developed using Digitalk Smalltalk, C and variety of other third party tools (Adobe, Curo, etc) using OS/2. • Provided assistance, insight and support for remote access and CBS update capabilities on bank standard laptops. • Assessed remote access for CBS group, revamped for improved user experience, provided matrix of options for continued improvements, collaborated with DBA and network capacity planning groups to do performance monitoring and tuning for the CBS application while remote to address existing/potential problems and optimize performance.
