• Conducted research, authored internal white papers and position papers, provide direction on various internet technologies including extensive focus on mobile and wireless. • Provided strategy, solutions architecture, support and consultation for various bank initiatives in areas of wireless networks, carriers, devices, security, infrastructure and remote, mobile and wireless-related technologies. Initiatives included: Retail Wireless/Mobile Banking, Web ATM, PDA, Citrix, software VPN, Network Computing options, mobile device usage modeling, VPN, Key project member of Wireless Banking in 99 and Web ATM. • Chaired Enterprise Architecture Wireless Workgroup; facilitated internal Lotus Notes Common Interest Group.
