• Proven senior IT leader extensive expertise architecting end to end secure, compliant systems. Led the mobility efforts in the technology space for the Innovate showcase environment team working with the product teams to research, test, implement and deploy unified communications (UC) and enhanced enterprise and customer mobility functionality. o Develop strategy and architecture collaborating with technology leaders across the enterprise on numerous efforts: enable Global Enterprise Mobility for associates; key pilot participation in tele-worker offerings (VOIP and hardware VPN solution), led Web 2.0 podcasting/streaming workgroup, dual mode mobile device usage (assess UMA and SIP extension capabilities), on premise WiFi connectivity options addressing security concerns, introduction of location based services applications (mapping/Latitude, etc), social networking and RSS usage. o Focused on use of emerging technologies to enable innovation in support of business strategies and goals; partnering across the enterprise and extensively with vendors. • Created Enterprise Mobility Applications Framework which defines and standardizes the methods bank developers mobilize content to our associate’s mobile devices, leveraging existing tools and processes whenever possible to lower costs. • Led and facilitated Enterprise Mobile and Wireless User group meeting to provide direction, updates and classify current and future strategies for mobile and wireless-related initiatives. • Provided strategic planning and technical architecture guidance for numerous mobile, wireless, unified communication and Web 2.0 initiatives across a wide range of lines of business including eCommerce for numerous efforts including: Mobile Banking (99 and again in 07), Wireless Point of Sale terminals and processing systems, NFC Mobile Payments, Web 2.0 podcasts/video streaming, contactless payments, alerts and messaging. • Strategy and architecture for mobility, maintain roadmap repository on all mobile and wireless technologies both hardware and software. Includes wired and wireless PDA devices, WWAN modem devices, PDA security software, third-party BlackBerry applications, unified communications products and any related applications.
