Daily Duties at Ing Direct:
1 Getting Brokers approved/denied to do business with ING Direct. Ensuring broker licensing, “does business as” etc. is updated and proper documentation is received from broker to ensure a timely broker approval process. Answering and servicing incoming broker phone calls. 2 Ensuring proper third party utilized by ING Direct has researched and completed background check on broker. Confirming broker meets all required guidelines to submit an application to officially do business with the company. Maintaining broker documentation for current/future application requests.
