Daily Duties at Lsi Title Company:
1 Provide assistance to various lenders ensuring title report is clear to close escrow. Which consists of: ordering payoffs, requesting subordinations, requesting releases, obtaining required documents to remove or payoff tax liens/judgments which consists of requesting an SOI if applicable, requesting vesting deed’s which includes obtaining death certificates, divorce decrees, and notarized quit claim deed’s from borrower to ensure vesting is accurate 2 Working very closely with lenders and borrowers, answering any title related questions 3 Extensive daily use of ELS and RealEc database programs
