Daily Duties at Passport Health Communications:
Promoted to be the main liaison between the client, sales, and customer support for product implementation. This included account set-up in the company system, working with sales to schedule initial customer training and installation of product, travelling to local clients to provide additional installation, and working with developers to solve installation issues. Provided some back-up for Customer Support. Key Contributions: * Designed and implemented customer implementation process and procedure. * Designed and implemented customer implementation reporting database. Customer Support Representative Provide first level support to clients of the Passport Health Communications web application. Key Contributions: * Designed customer issue tracking database as interim to purchasing professional software. * Developed the position of Implementation Coordinator.
