Developing a Roadmap Template for Business Reovery
Using my experience in developing disaster recovery and business resiliency scenarios I am developing a template which could be used as a basic roadmap for businesses to use in building a disaster/business recovery/resiliency plan using mostly internal resources. Most important element is the on going maintenance function required to keep the completed plan relevant.Collaborative Approach - New York/Connecticut
Working with several local entrepreneurs I am putting together a support offering covering everything form desktop support, network set up and enterprise level support. Functions will be supported by several senior individuals either individually or in concert using expertise as required. This can be offered at an attractive price point as all individuals own independent consulting firms and will profit by having availability of expertise in areas that may be hard to find or procure on a short or medium term basis
