Daily operations and stretegic management and development of 13 Las Vegas Dunkin' Donut operations; executive level management and ground level operations management. Responsibilities inlcude local marketing initiatives, maintaining and conveying Brand standards and initiatives, food safety & sanitation, cost controls and containments, loss prevention, excellent customer service and related training, merchandising, employee relations - HR duties - development & recruiting in addition to revenue building practices, P&L responsibilities, annual budgets, long & short term stretegic planning.
