Daily Duties at Heritage Oaks:

Responsible to the RSD and the supervison of the Assisted Living Staff, writing and monitoring the scheduling of the Care staff with no OT and within budget. Monitoring and handling incident reports per policy and procedures, Maintaining department compliance with operating budget. Daily interaction with residents, families, physicians and medical personnel as needed, assessement and education for residents. Monthly verfication of medication delivary and printing, verifying MORS.
