Daily Duties at Pro Holding Group:

Management consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of initiatives that elevate organizational performance through strategy, processes and cultural change. Scope: • Led enterprise-wide structuring/restructuring. Drove creation of multi-generational roadmap. Conceptualized new vision, mission, core values, defined roles, goals and plan of attack. • Removed ingrained performance blocks, blind spots and set new strategic direction, established priorities and ensured the integrity and accuracy of systems and processes. • Led the design, creation and implementation of long-term training & development materials and their presentation to all positions in the company for the purpose of providing an integrated personnel systems framework for sustainability and growth. • Used primary and secondary market research and data analysis to identify trends and provide unbiased, objective, in-depth understanding of the market, segments, product performance, customers and competitors. From such analysis developed marketing model. • Developed one-, three- and five year plans in conjunction with Marketing dept. to achieve sales and margin growth goals by generating long-term team capacity analysis (18 months- 3/5 years) and identifying short- term team (0-18 months) capacity constraints. • Identified, qualified and established long-term strategic partnerships with key clients and strengthened, developed existing relationships for growth. Same with key suppliers for foundational support. • Designed and initiated client services program. Identified critical client touch points, established measures to capture satisfaction and instituted feedback loops with collected data for action improvement plans. • Benchmarked activities and profit centers resulting in improved measurement and accountability. With benchmarking, identified multiple redundancies and reduced expenses ranging from 15% to 40% depending on company. Clients: Mike Whitehead & Associates, Tropical Images, TriMed Technologies, Sunbelt Packaging, Spiroflow Systems, Iler Planning Group.
