From such analysis developed marketing model. • Developed one-, three- and five year plans in conjunction with Marketing dept. to achieve sales and margin growth goals by generating long-term team capacity analysis (18 months- 3/5 years) and identifying short- term team (0-18 months) capacity constraints. • Identified, qualified and established long-term strategic partnerships with key clients and strengthened, developed existing relationships for growth. Same with key suppliers for foundational support. • Designed and initiated client services program. Identified critical client touch points, established measures to capture satisfaction and instituted feedback loops with collected data for action improvement plans. • Benchmarked activities and profit centers resulting in improved measurement and accountability. With benchmarking, identified multiple redundancies and reduced expenses ranging from 15% to 40% depending on company.
