•Directed a community of 330 apartment units with over 900 residents. Orchestrated major move-in and move-outs of the residents, twice per academic year •Delivered income goals of $700,000 monthly to ensure return on investments for owners, process invoices, oversee ordering, collect rent for apartment complex, 4-level parking garage, and seven commercial spaces •Reported monthly variance and executive summary reports for Regional Manager and Regional Vice President, create yearly budget, and problem solve for cost controls •Hired, trained, and managed a staff of seven employees, supervised an outsourced security staff, created building security mission statement and policies •Conducted weekly meetings with Residents Life Board at Columbia College and Robert Morris College, served on property managers committee for local college dormitory property managers and security directors •Assured cleanliness expectations to building owners by conducting regular building inspections, and deliver quality assurance of the asset by scheduling preventative maintenance of the buildings interior and exterior
