•Manage a portfolio of 11 properties consisting of condominium associations and apartment buildings totaling 287 residential units •Responsible for the redevelopment of an existing residential apartment building into a student housing facility. Responsible for all sales and marketing efforts of property •Conduct quarterly board meetings and annual meetings with the condominium board of directors and homeowners •Create annual budgets for all properties within portfolio, responsible for reporting on operational variances and presenting monthly financial statements to board of directors and apartment building owners •Reporting responsibilities include reporting on association delinquencies, building conditions, and income versus expenses •Oversee onsite maintenance staff at all 11 properties within portfolio •Build and maintain vendor relationships and coordinate various projects including construction, roofing, landscaping, painting and plumbing
