Assist with telephones, correspondence, citations, etc. for a local City Government Agency. Assist co-workers with correspondence, mail, faxing, telephone duties. Greet and assist walk-ins various requests. Prepare correspondence to various legal, governmental and insurance agencies in the Southeastern Georgia area and other counties, faxing, filing, receptionist duties, dictaphone transcription, report to multiple attorneys, maintain client files, including suspense, correspondence, medical records requests. Input time, payroll and expense records in Quickbooks 2009. Other duties as they became necessary and as time permitted.
