Daily Duties at Master Graphics:
Responsible for all sales and marketing efforts. Managed and directed Account Executives, Account Managers, Inside Sales, Customer Service Representatives, and the Marketing Coordinator. Developed strategies to increase market share and customer base. Researched, contracted and implemented new product lines and services into the organization. Develop and review compensation programs for all sales and marketing positions. Budget and forecasting responsibility to owners and vendors. Selected and developed a relationship with new marketing firm to change company image and set strategic marketing direction. Responsible for over $15 million dollars in sales.
