Daily Duties at Fibro Chem Llc:
With a batch sheet get the chemical and weights from.You pump the chemicals in the reactor.Blend them together with the agitator.Than take sample to lab to check.If pass ,than load it in the tote, drum ,or tanker.What every it calls to go in.As lead compunder.I had to check AV of batchs that were cooking.Set heat point and lower heat point and put through heat exchanger to cool.To drive fortlift.To apply vacuum and keep the catch tank empty.Some batches you had to heat with hot oil or steam and keep at a certain heat point for so many hours.
