§ Work for CCRL a division of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) located at the National Institute of Standards and Technology § Inspect material testing laboratories around the country, providing assistance in achieving laboratory certification § Responsible for writing technical reports and evaluating each laboratory based upon inspections § Coordinate work schedule with multiple laboratories § Ability to perform work in an unfamiliar area and work environment § Compare equipment, quality systems and testing procedures to the industry standards § Instruct laboratories on how to improve quality systems and testing procedures
