Daily Duties at Security Title Guaranty Company:

Helped to create a new position for Colorado's largest title company, encompassing 44 branches. Developed a program to investigate closing losses and determine how to reduce them. Provided training to all Closing and Assistant personnel, when necessary, when re-occurring Branch losses were evident. Prepared Loss Reports and submitted to the Corporate President as well as all Branch Managers. Recommendations were made to management to help mitigate outstanding balances and to deter future losses. Additionally, the position evolved to include the maintenance of the Company's "uncashed checks" account. Eliminated the outstanding items by sending to the State for 'public notice' posting and ultimate removal from the corporate books.
